Located in Santa Clara, the old industrial building at Quinta das Lavadeiras, once an abandoned graphic production facility, has been skillfully revitalized by AlfamaX into a modern mechanical and body shop combined with a rent-a-car facility. This transformation leverages over a decade of disuse, turning a neglected structure into a 7000 sqm state-of-the-art service hub. Fully planned and developed by AlfamaX, this project exemplifies innovative reuse of industrial spaces, incorporating cutting-edge design and functional solutions to meet contemporary automotive service needs efficiently.
