Luca has over a decade of experience in the direct sourcing, own acquisition and hands-on management of 50+ touristic properties, demonstrating a strong capability in scouting and securing prime real estate opportunities.

His extensive experience in the hospitality industry is well-supported by a background in tech companies, with impactful 0 to 1 roles at Bolt and involvement in several other startups (Deliveroo, Uber, ..)

Specializing in lean operations and automation, Luca focuses on maximizing returns, playing a crucial role in driving efficiency and profitability within the real estate sector.

Flavio is an expert in telecommunications infrastructure development and adept at leading large multinational teams, excelling in cost control planning and efficient project execution.

His strategic oversight ensures that our construction and development projects exceed industry standards, delivering high-quality results while optimizing financial performance.

 

His leadership is instrumental in steering our team through complex projects, ensuring that we remain on the cutting edge of technology and excel at planning & cost control.

Carlos's track record in leading onsite teams and his capacity to develop and expand companies in Portugal from scratch is unmatched. His leadership approach has steered a diverse portfolio of companies to achieve a turnover exceeding 40M€ per year.

His capacity in both team management and the intricacies of construction positions him as a pivotal figure within our team.


Carlos's expertise is pronounced in the construction field, where his hands-on leadership has fostered the growth of a fully vertically integrated operation that spans all construction specialties. 

The collective knowledge of our team, encompassing years of experience across different but complementary industries, provides us with a unique advantage allowing for a forward-thinking approach to financial planning and asset management.
